Analytics and administration form fixes
Improvements
- Fixed: Error feedback was improved when analytics charts cannot be loaded.
- Improved: Category and service editing follow the shared EYS form, language and file-selection components.
- Security: File operations are restricted by module and action type.
New features
- Release history now supports text, year and category filters, pagination and permanent release links. Version information comes from a shared source and existing release notes are preserved.

- Added the missing Almanac link to the "TFSF Sites" footer list.
- Footer links to other modules now resolve to the correct address automatically based on the environment (local/production); previously hardcoded addresses could point to the wrong place in some environments.
